FiveBoard Terms of Service

1. Overview

FiveBoard is a platform for discovering, showcasing, and sharing vehicle assets for FiveM and similar communities.
FiveBoard does not host vehicle files, process payments, or act as a marketplace intermediary. Transactions occur entirely outside the platform.

By using FiveBoard, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or applicable age in your jurisdiction).
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

3. Platform Role

FiveBoard:

  • Provides a discovery and showcase platform for creators and server owners.
  • Does not verify, guarantee, or endorse any creator, asset, or listing.
  • Is not responsible for transactions, delivery, or disputes between users.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You agree not to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. Content & Listings

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you post.
  • You grant FiveBoard a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and promote your content on the platform.

Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You have the rights to all content you upload.
  • Your listings are accurate and not misleading.
  • You will not post stolen, leaked, or unauthorized content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Upload or promote stolen, leaked, or pirated assets.
  • Misrepresent ownership or licensing of assets.
  • Use the platform for scams, fraud, or deceptive practices.
  • Attempt to bypass platform systems or abuse features.

7. External Transactions

  • All purchases and downloads occur outside of FiveBoard.
  • FiveBoard is not responsible for:
    • Payment processing
    • Delivery of assets
    • Refunds or disputes
  • You engage with creators at your own risk.

8. Moderation & Enforcement

We may:

  • Remove content that violates these Terms.
  • Limit visibility or remove listings.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts.

We are not obligated to provide advance notice.

9. Subscriptions & Paid Features

  • Certain features may require a paid subscription.
  • Pricing and features may change at any time.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

  • FiveBoard branding, design, and platform features are owned by FiveBoard.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the platform.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

FiveBoard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of listings
  • Reliability of creators
  • Availability or uptime

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiveBoard is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from external transactions
  • Damages caused by user content
  • Indirect or consequential damages

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The United States.
